The closed-end JSC «ASNOVA holding» was established in 2003 as a managing company for co-ordination of business of companies which belong presently to its structure.
First company of holding – «SAVSERVIСЕ» - started its activity in 1992 from the wholesale and retail trade of consumer's goods. Аt the present time the network of branches of enterprises of holding is presented mainly on territory of Central and Western Ukraine. Stable work is provided by more than 6 000 persons of personnel.
